Ekorian’s Mugie Camp
A home away from home, located off the main Maralal Road.


The camp is composed of six accommodation tents (each raised on wooden decks and covered with a papyrus roof), a communal mess tent for sitting and dining, a reception area, a shady deck adjoining the swimming pool
(overlooking a watering hole), all surrounded by a stonewall and electric fence, which allows you walk around camp, and children to play safely, without a worry!



The solar powered tents are en-suite with hot and cold running water
and all of the tents can be configured into a double or twin
bed arrangement.



Activities you can indulge in include; Day and night game drives,
Kayaking on the reservoir, Guided walking safaris, Bush Breakfast/Picnic Lunch, Fishing (tilapia and catfish), Meeting Tala, the resident giraffe,


Training exercises with anti-poaching blood hounds, Visits to the Mugie School, Participation in the Laikipia Predator Project, Camel rides
and Community and cultural activities among others.
